About Ford Interactive

I’m Andy Ford and Ford Interactive (formerly Aloe Studios) is my web design company in Sacramento, California, USA. I’m a front-end engineer for Blue River Interactive Group and have also been freelancing since February of 2007.

When I’m not hacking my tools, hacking my workflow, creating new tools, or organizing my code; I enjoy spending time with my wife, hanging out with friends, watching NBA basketball, drawing, working in the garden, and gallivanting around to Northern California‘s many scenic places.

About This Site

This website runs on WordPress. The theme was designed in Photoshop and a web browser. All code was written in TextMate and the CSS was written using Sass (particularly SCSS) although a ton of CSS was first conceived in FireBug. xScope aided the front-end implementation and Transmit got the files where they needed to go.
